At Joyamore, we put love, care, and a whole lot of tradition into every jar of ghee and every bottle of milk. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.


1. Fresh Milk Policy

  • Since milk is a fresh and perishable product, it is non-returnable once delivered.
  • If you receive milk that is spoiled, leaking, or damaged at delivery, please report it within 2 hours with a clear photo/video.
  • A replacement will be sent on the next delivery cycle or an equivalent credit will be added to your account.

2. Ghee & Other Packaged Products

  • If your ghee jar arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos.
  • Unopened and sealed products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

5. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Opened or partially used ghee jars (unless defect found)
  • Orders placed by mistake
